One of the Texas Sales and Use tax forms must be filled out and returned.
Terms-Net 30 Days: Invoices are payable in full within 30 days from date of invoice. Credit applications are required for orders over $500.00.
Taxes: All prices are subject to Federal, State, or Local taxes when or where applicable.
Freight: Prices do not include shipping and handling charges.
Shipments: Title and risk of loss to all products purchased will pass to the purchaser upon delivery to a common carrier.
Returns: Only accepted under terms of Hart Label warranty after written approval by Har Label.
Excuse: Hart Label will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by: accident, fire, strikes, civil commotion, war, acts of God, or any other cause beyond Hart Label’s control.
Pricing: Products are sold price per thousand unless noted on order acknowledgement.
Warranty: Because of variety of possible uses, the buyer should test the suitability for each intended use. The buyer assumes all risks in connection with such use. Hart Label will not be liable for damages in excess of the purchase price of products or for incidental or consequential damages.
LABEL INFORMATION
The following information is needed for quote:
Stock — the material that the label will be printed on
Ink — The number of ink colors
— The type of ink (e.g. Spot color, CMYK, metallic)
Foil / embossing — is there foil and/or embossing on the label
Quantity — how many labels will be ordered on this print run
Size — what are the dimensions of the label
Cutting Die — In-house or custom
Front / Back — Will front and back labels will be printed together or separate
Finish — is there laminate or varnishing for this label
