Hart Label is a family owned business founded in May 1989. In December 2007 was purchased by the employees with the goal of improving both the quality of our products and service to our customers. With these changes in mind, steps were put in place to provide our clients with exactly what they want in their labels. We also hired two new employees whose goal is provide the best service. At its inception in 1989, Hart Label specialized in the production of labels primarily used by the photographic film processing industry. If you have ever taken film to a one-hour photo lab for processing, most likely the the numbered identification label attached to the developed film was printed by us.

During the computer boom years in the 1990s, Hart was also a major producer of diskette labels and other labels used by the software industry. In the past, we have printed millions of diskette labels for Microsoft, Dell, IBM, and many other well-known companies.

Due to the growth of digital photography and the decline of conventional film processing, Hart Label has been continually diversifying its product lines to develop new markets for our products. We have recently acquired state-of-the-art equipment to enable us to produce very high quality labels, on a variety of substrates, for specialized markets like the wine, food and pharmaceutical industry.

Hart has a reputation for quality and innovation. Some of the equipment we use to produce labels is unique to us and has many features that are unduplicated by our competitors.
